Diabetes Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio
• Prospect for new business and close sales within an expanded marketplace
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and CDEs
• Collaborate with channel partners across Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizations
• Develop and implement territory business plans, including short and long-term action goals
• Deliver sales results in both primary care and endocrinology markets
• Educate customers on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and the FreeStyle Libre brand
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly activities using call reporting and tracking systems
• Maintain accountability for all product samples in accordance with division guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience with a successful track record
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• High energy, integrity, and the ambition to succeed in a field-sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience within the healthcare industry
• B2B sales experience
