Diabetes Nurse

Responsibilities

• Train patients on the use of advanced diabetes technologies
• Collect and manage relevant information associated with the training process
• Monitor patients to ensure the proper use of advanced diabetes technologies
• Maintain and update continuous patient records following follow-up sessions
• Collaborate on the development of diabetes service offerings
• Provide diabetes education, patient evolution monitoring, and triage
• Manage alerts generated by telemonitoring platforms and apply established protocols

Requirements

• University degree in Nursing (DUE/Grado de Enfermería)
• At least four years of professional nursing experience
• Experience in diabetes care is highly valued
• Geographic mobility within Catalonia and the Balearic Islands
• Ability to travel regularly to hospitals and medical centers
• Proactive and dynamic professional profile
