DHA Registered Nurse and Laser Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with DHA standards and evidence-based practice
• Assess patients, record medical history, allergies, medications, and vital signs
• Assist Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Aesthetic Physicians during clinical and cosmetic procedures
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by licensed physicians
• Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser procedures within the scope of DHA license and privileges
• Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments to determine treatment suitability
• Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care instructions
• Ensure proper operation, safety checks, and maintenance of laser equipment
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License
• DHA Laser Therapist Privilege/License
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or plastic surgery clinic
• Hands-on experience in laser hair removal and aesthetic laser procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in aesthetic nursing or laser treatments
