DHA Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, blood glucose checks, and diabetes-related evaluations
• Assist in diabetes management, insulin administration, and medication management
• Support physicians during consultations, medical procedures, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in the EMR system
• Collect and analyze patient health data trends to assist in early complication identification
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and DHA regulatory guidelines
• Conduct monthly International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) audits and support JCIA compliance
• Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and lifestyle coaches to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in endocrinology or diabetes care
• Strong knowledge of JCIA accreditation, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Proficiency in EMR systems and digital healthcare technologies
• Certification in BLS and ACLS preferred
