DHA Licensing Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete DHA licensing process for healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Review and verify licensing documents to ensure full compliance with DHA requirements.
• Prepare and submit new license applications, renewals, transfers, and amendments through DHA portals.
• Coordinate DataFlow verification, Primary Source Verification (PSV), and examination requirements.
• Manage healthcare facility licensing applications, including renewals, modifications, and expansions.
• Liaise with DHA inspectors and regulatory authorities during facility inspections and audits.
• Ensure facility compliance with DHA standards and coordinate corrective actions from inspections.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and monitor validity to prevent license expiration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience specifically in DHA professional and healthcare facility licensing.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, licensing procedures, and healthcare compliance.
• Hands-on experience using the DHA Sheryan system and other regulatory portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and document management skills.
