DGM - Operational Excellence for Quality

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and optimize business processes in Quality across multiple clusters using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities related to Quality KPIs, including OOS/OOT/PQC.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Gemba programs to enhance operational discipline and efficiency.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and use tools like RCA, ECRS, and SPC to improve volume delivery and quality.
• Partner with site leadership to address gaps in Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Delivery.
• Support the development of KPIs, track performance metrics, and publish monthly OE MIS reports.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change management sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and process quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharma, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation with management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project management certification.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel 15-20 days per month to various sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise applications such as TrackWise, Minitab, EDMS, or LMS.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as cost reduction and cycle time reduction.
