DGM HR - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner for the Manufacturing & Global Quality organization, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Govern talent management, development initiatives, and year-end appraisal/salary cycles across manufacturing units.
• Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics to support business goals and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal cascading, SMART KRA setting, and calibration with senior leadership.
• Identify high-potential talent and build robust succession pipelines to ensure long-term organizational stability.
• Enhance employee engagement and experience through continuous improvement, connect forums, and effective query resolution.
• Partner with CXOs and business leaders to manage organizational restructuring, talent retention, and change management projects.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights on attrition, hiring, and workforce trends to support decision-making.

Requirements

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in HR roles.
• Proven expertise in Strategic HR Business Partnering and Stakeholder/CXO Relationship Management.
• Strong proficiency in Performance & Talent Management and Workforce Planning.
• Demonstrated ability in Employee Engagement, Experience Design, and Change Management.
