DFT Architect, Product Engineering and Test Solutions-ATPG

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Application Engineers through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Direct product validation and deployment, managing execution across multiple customer engagements and internal deliverables.
• Own customer escalations for ATPG and Diagnostics, driving structured debug and resolution plans in partnership with R&D and Product teams.
• Define and standardize best practices for pre-silicon integration reviews and sign-off checklists.
• Lead AI initiatives to implement AI-empowered flows that accelerate pre-silicon IP integration and debug processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality, documentation, and enablement based on field learnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in DFT for SoC/ASIC development, applications engineering, and bring-up.
• Technical depth in industry-leading DFT/ATPG products and experience integrating DFT into Synthesis flows.
• Proven people leadership experience, including setting team vision and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Deep understanding of tape-out flows and milestones, including integration, test sign-off, and timing closure.
