DfSR Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Establish Project Quality Plans and Quality Targets based on mission profiles and offer requirements to ensure built-in quality.
• Collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer to ensure all requirements are addressed from project opening to closure.
• Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans throughout the offer creation process.
• Lead end-to-end quality management for cooling offers, identifying and eliminating risks that impact customer satisfaction.
• Drive the 8D problem-solving process for quality cases identified in the field.
• Partner with engineering and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and manage the Engineering Change Process.
• Define and deploy RMA/TEX processes and monitor implementation.
• Support manufacturing quality through coaching, regular report reviews, and onsite audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of R&D or QA experience specifically within the cooling industry.
• Mastery of quality methodologies including FMEA, 8D, and FTA.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to handle complex issues with a results-oriented and organized approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Understanding of electrical principles, applications, and control logic for cooling products.
