DEWALT Training Academy Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DEWALT Academy and Partnership leads to develop training programs for young professionals and educational institutions
• Create diverse training materials, including in-person practical sessions, digital modules, and video content
• Build relationships with technical high schools to establish DEWALT as the industry standard for power tool training
• Provide guidance to vocational schools regarding regulatory compliance for dust, noise, and vibration
• Support and direct training delivery within target institutions following program launch and equipment distribution
• Measure and evaluate all training activities to ensure accountability and assess return on investment (ROI)

Requirements

• Skilled tradesperson in carpentry, electricity, plumbing, or concrete work
• Proven experience in training or vocational instruction
• Full mobility for national travel across France, including overnight stays (2 to 5 days per week)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• English language proficiency is a plus
