Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple software development teams (DevTeams)
- Manage team performance, objectives, and professional growth
- Supervise the execution of technological products, platforms, and projects
- Coordinate technical dependencies between teams and other organizational areas
- Evaluate technical trade-offs regarding solutions, platforms, and design patterns
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and software lifecycle automation
- Drive solid software engineering practices and agile development methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 5 years of experience leading development teams
- 5 years of experience in solution architecture design
- Strong knowledge of Agile management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and application security
