About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple software development teams (DevTeams)
  • Manage team performance, objectives, and professional growth
  • Supervise the execution of technological products, platforms, and projects
  • Coordinate technical dependencies between teams and other organizational areas
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs regarding solutions, platforms, and design patterns
  • Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and software lifecycle automation
  • Drive solid software engineering practices and agile development methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 8 years of experience in software development
  • 5 years of experience leading development teams
  • 5 years of experience in solution architecture design
  • Strong knowledge of Agile management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and application security
