DevTeam Head de Canales Digitales

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple software development teams (DevTeams) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
• Manage team performance, objectives, and professional growth.
• Supervise the execution of technological products, platforms, and projects.
• Coordinate technical dependencies between teams and other organizational areas.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs between different solutions, platforms, and design patterns.
• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation throughout the software lifecycle.
• Drive solid software engineering practices and agile development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience leading development teams.
• 5 years of experience in solution architecture design.
• Strong expertise in Agile management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and application security.
• Proficiency in software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical or management field.
