DevSecOps Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes and tools to streamline the software engineering lifecycle
• Automate and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, testing, integration, deployment, and security controls
• Analyze and execute mitigation strategies to prevent security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
• Implement environments that ensure high levels of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and secure software engineering systems
• Integrate current and emerging technologies and frameworks into the DevSecOps environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and configuration management including release processes
• 2+ years of experience developing and managing metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agile teams and agile software development
• Cloud Service Provider Official Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect)
• Existing Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Experience in government or military programs and familiarity with regulatory/compliance standards
• Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
