DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS resources including compute, networking, and storage
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Drive cloud cost optimization and rightsizing efforts
• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including pod scheduling and autoscaling
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana
• Architect automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security guardrails (SAST, dependency scanning)
• Assist with AI/ML infrastructure support, including GPU workload scheduling and Databricks management
• Automate manual operational tasks using Python and Bash

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience in a product company or startup
• Proficiency in AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch)
• Production-level experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Scripting proficiency in Python and/or Bash
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Working knowledge of security fundamentals (IAM least-privilege, secrets management, SOC2, PCI-DSS)
• B.Tech, BE, or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ML/AI infrastructure (GPU instances, TorchServe, Triton)
• Experience with Databricks or Spark
• Familiarity with SOC2 or PCI-DSS compliance processes
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or AWS Security Specialty
