DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Integrate security controls throughout the application development and deployment lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Configure, administer, and optimize cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting tools to ensure system availability and performance.
• Manage containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities in applications, infrastructure, and pipelines.
• Manage secrets, credentials, and access following security best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of automation, security, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or DevSecOps roles.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Understanding of security integration including SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience with cloud security certifications or specialized security experience.
• Experience working with microservices architectures.
