Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy throughout the SDLC
• Lead secure coding practices, including code reviews, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
• Integrate security controls like static code analysis into CI/CD pipelines
• Design and implement secure infrastructure, cloud architecture, and IAM
• Identify security risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
• Manage security incident response processes
• Monitor and report on key security metrics
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps or a similar role
• Strong understanding of secure coding, vulnerability management, and infrastructure design
• In-depth knowledge of OWASP, NIST, and CIS benchmarks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Puppet, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
