About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day system operations supporting the GVS environment
- Perform security scanning and patch management
- Provide on-call support
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual performance metrics
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required
- Systems and operations experience
- Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat), PostgreSQL, AWS, and Apache
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Help desk and technical customer service background
- Automation and scripting experience with Python or Bash
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Matomo, or ELK
- Experience with GIS visualization tools like Google Earth, ArcGIS, OpenLayers, or Cesium
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
