DevOps/Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement next generation desktop and web based production and dissemination systems
• Stand up and maintain Windows Servers in cloud environments
• Deploy and maintain custom code, COTS, and GOTS to cloud environments
• Work with technical and program management leadership on cloud automation advancements

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Experience with cloud computing and AWS
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of system design and architecture across hardware, software, and networking
• Understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and workflows
• Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with GitLab functionality and scripting
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift
• Experience developing web applications with Python
• DoD 8570-compliant certification (e.g., Security+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologies
• Experience with AWS services (CloudFormation, S3, ECS, EKS)
• Experience with AWS serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway)
• Experience troubleshooting and deploying Docker containers
• Experience writing and documenting architecture diagrams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or RocketChat
• Microsoft and/or AWS certifications
