DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core AIOps infrastructure, including unified monitoring, alerting, and FinOps cost observability platforms.
• Optimize and maintain internal R&D infrastructure such as GitLab, Nexus, and Sonar.
• Manage monitoring data collection, alert governance, and cost data visualization across multi-cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud and AWS).
• Support cloud security operations, including alert management and compliance auditing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps or SRE experience.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Go or Java.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, specifically Alibaba Cloud or AWS.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Experience optimizing CI/CD toolchains (e.g., GitLab CI, Nexus, container registries).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AIOps or observability platform development.
• Full-stack capability (React/Vue frontend + backend API).
• Experience with AI/LLM application development, including LLM API integration, RAG, or Agent frameworks.
