DevOps & Toolchain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and functionally manage a team of six engineers using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of embedded software development tools (e.g., Polarion, GitLab, Jenkins, Coverity, JFrog) on Azure-hosted environments
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT Group, Cybersecurity teams, and top management
• Manage CI/CD pipeline configuration in Jenkins for new project kickoffs
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities
• Lead the planning and deployment of AI solutions to enhance toolchain productivity
• Manage software licenses, maintenance contracts, and compliance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or toolchain management
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and virtualized environments
• Familiarity with embedded software development tools and environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and vulnerability management
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI integration in development environments
• Experience managing teams in a global R&D setting
