DevOps Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of cloud infrastructure architecture and scalable, secure infrastructure patterns
• Design and configure networking architecture and connectivity patterns within AWS environments
• Develop Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Design and maintain CI automation for continuous integration and delivery
• Govern end-to-end Configuration Management architecture utilizing Ansible
• Architect local and staging development environments to support internal users
• Lead the design of the company's end-to-end monitoring and observability architecture
• Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools to keep the platform stack modern and efficient

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience as a DevOps or VoIP engineer
• Extensive experience managing Linux-based servers using SaltStack, Kubernetes, or Bash
• 5+ years of experience with Linux-based web servers (Apache, Nginx, or Envoy)
• 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack
• 5+ years of experience with caching solutions like Memcache and DNS tools like bind9
• 3+ years of experience building complex AWS architectures including AWS EKS
• 3+ years of experience writing Helm charts
• 3+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• 3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure via Terraform
