Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train DevOps engineers to foster a culture of high performance
• Drive DevOps strategy, technical roadmap, and execution across global production environments
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery
• Lead improvements in automation, deployment workflows, and monitoring systems
• Ensure production readiness for new exchanges and trading strategies
• Represent the team in leadership forums and align objectives with business goals

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or similar roles
• Proven success leading technical operations, SRE, or production engineering teams in real-time or low-latency environments
• Experience with modern deployment systems, orchestration, and CI/CD tooling
• Strong development skills in Python, Golang, and shell scripting
• Experience defining and managing SLAs/SLOs
• Ability to lead incident response in high-pressure scenarios
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to high-frequency trading or low-latency financial systems
• Passion for coaching and developing engineering talent
