DevOps System Administrator III

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis and develop plans for enhancements and improvements
• Provide production support for mission-critical systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors through diagnostics and impact assessment
• Manage, evaluate, and install patches on Windows and Linux systems
• Execute cloud deployment and management tasks
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements
• Manage infrastructure for multiple disconnected networks
• Conduct continuous testing throughout the development cycle
• Maintain technical documentation and implement DevOps culture

Requirements

• Active security clearance with polygraph
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Federal Government environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or 5 additional years of experience)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I compliance (IAT Level II preferred)
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and automation
• Strong Linux administration skills including patching and security hardening
• Experience with system security measures and cloud best practices
• Experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates
• Experience with security tools such as Nessus, UAM, CYBORGBUNNY, or LATTEART

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ElasticSearch or distributed analytic engines
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with ArgoCD
