DevOps Specialist (Core Banking) - Senior Manager/Manager

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, architecture, and approach aligned with project objectives and program timelines
• Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle between core banking platforms and supporting applications such as payments, CRM, and digital channels
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, core banking vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams
• Coordinate with technical leads, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure consistent integration across workstreams
• Guide planning for system integration testing (SIT/UAT), interface validation, and operational readiness
• Identify integration risks and dependencies early and facilitate timely mitigation
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on integration progress and challenges
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, best practices, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in core system integration or related system implementation
• Proven expertise with next-generation core system platforms and integration frameworks (e.g., API-led, middleware, messaging layers)
• Deep understanding of financial services core modules including CASA, Deposits, Loans, and Payments
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating multiple vendors and senior client leadership
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications
• Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory reporting, and insurance or treasury modules
