DevOps Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate application deployments and infrastructure
• Participate in application containerization
• Support projects with DevOps best practices during the design phase
• Ensure system availability, manage incidents, and maintain operations (MCO)
• Implement monitoring and alerting tools
• Ensure platform security, including access management, backups, and disaster recovery plans
• Analyze performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Linux environments and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox) and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with XL Release, XL Deploy, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
