DevOps Platform & Cloud Infra Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable and stable DevOps foundations in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Operate and continuously improve CI/CD tools regarding performance, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Manage package and artifact management tools, establishing systems for storage, deployment, permission management, and retention policies
• Standardize build and verification environments based on containers to ensure reproducible and consistent execution environments
• Operate container management tools and platforms to provide stable environments for build/test workloads
• Manage compute, storage, network, identity, and access control systems to support CI/CD and related platforms
• Standardize and automate DevOps platforms and infrastructure configurations using Infrastructure as Code
• Establish and operate service availability, performance, capacity, disaster recovery, backup, and monitoring systems
• Refine observability systems including logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and response speed
• Perform platform security operations including credential management, access control, audit logs, vulnerability response, and patch management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps Platform, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD tools in large-scale environments
• Experience operating package or artifact management tools
• Experience building and operating infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or private/hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with Linux server operations and system performance/failure analysis
• Understanding and operational experience with container-based environments like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with containerization of build or execution environments
• Experience with automation using IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with authentication/authorization management, secret management, and network/security operations
• Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or operating DevOps platforms for Embedded Software development organizations
• Experience operating large-scale build environments or build farms
• Experience establishing management systems for packages, artifacts, and container images
• Experience operating Kubernetes-based common execution environments or internal platforms
• Experience in hybrid cloud or environments using both on-premises and cloud
• Experience with enterprise security operations such as SSO, RBAC, audit logging, and secrets rotation
• Experience operating large-scale storage, cache, and artifact traffic
• Experience building provisioning automation or self-service environments for internal development
