Devops Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage teams to implement DevOps infrastructure projects and identify appropriate resources
• Evaluate development, testing, and deployment processes to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and monitoring
• Manage large-scale and cross-product/cross-region AOSP builds to support engineering teams
• Define branching and release strategies
• Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes, including vulnerability assessments and compliance
• Guide the growth and career progression of team members while managing operational priorities
• Foster collaboration between development, operations, and security teams to drive alignment

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of job-related experience in software development, IT, or engineering
• 8-10 years of management experience
• Experience with AOSP builds
• Knowledge of Android CI/CD pipelines and Android build systems (soong/gradle)

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Proficiency in technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Strong skills in programming languages including Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
