DevOps Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise DevOps strategies and establish standards for CI/CD and automation
• Lead team mentorship, architecture assessments, and cross-functional collaboration
• Own CI/CD pipeline architecture and implement enterprise-scale deployment orchestration
• Architect IaC frameworks using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Architect Kubernetes (AKS) platforms including networking, storage, and GitOps-based delivery
• Implement observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Integrate DevSecOps practices including automated security scanning and secrets management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering
• 4+ years focused on Azure cloud platforms
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) certification
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification
• Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, AKS, Docker, and Helm
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
