DevOps Engineer/Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for enterprise technology systems including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and processes that other teams rely on
• Apply ITIL, DevOps, and SRE practices to ensure reliability and disaster recovery readiness
• Use Python and MySQL to perform basic programming and database operations
• Support financial markets operations across equity trading, derivatives, currency, treasury, regulation, and risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM subject
• GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
