DevOps Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions
• Design and build onboarding and support tools to accelerate build, testing, release, and deployment
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Kubernetes
• Drive standard methodologies for improving code quality, performance, and security compliance
• Own the technical backlog for cloud superstructure, runtimes, build/deployment, and observability
• Evaluate team architectural designs for completeness and coherence with requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on AWS
• Experience with software system design and a solid background in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Git, Maven, Gradle, NPM, SonarQube, Docker, Nexus, and Artifactory
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or kubeadm) and large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in networking, storage, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
