DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive major incidents to resolution as Incident Commander and participate in post-mortem processes
• Identify gaps in monitoring infrastructure and create or enhance tools to address them
• Perform event root cause analysis using logs, tools, and documentation
• Assess impact of potential client or platform-wide incidents and escalate to appropriate teams
• Write scripts and programs for automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, and alarms
• Manage Linux operating system configuration, package management, and troubleshooting
• Maintain high availability of services and quality of support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD configuration
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Kubernetes, CLI, and service re-provisioning
• Experience creating Helm charts and performing Kubernetes maintenance
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with containerized applications
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Bash or TypeScript for automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Solid understanding of system performance and web infrastructure including load balancers and application servers
