DevOps Engineer, Senior Staff

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, primarily on Azure (AKS, Azure DevOps), with support for AWS and GCP
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate complex DevOps workflows, including incident remediation and resource optimization
• Build and maintain container-native CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Own the observability stack (ELK, OpenTelemetry) and engineer self-healing capabilities to reduce MTTR
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to drive continuous reliability improvements
• Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices, automation patterns, and reliability engineering principles

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or SRE roles supporting large-scale cloud SaaS products
• Expert-level proficiency with Azure infrastructure, including AKS, Azure DevOps, networking, and security
• Advanced Python skills with experience in object-oriented programming and an interest in applying AI/LLMs to automation
• Deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster management and Helm-based deployments
• Proven mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Strong understanding of Linux OS internals and networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, firewalls)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with observability tools like ELK or OpenTelemetry
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or JIRA
• Knowledge of database administration (SQL/NoSQL)
