DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Use tools like Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure.
• Manage cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, or On-Prem), ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience.
• Implement and manage container platforms and workflows using Kubernetes, GKE, or RKE2.
• Implement observability stacks including Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Drive SRE-aligned practices such as SLIs/SLOs and optimize system performance.
• Reduce manual work through automation across infrastructure, configuration, and validation workflows.
• Partner with development, architecture, cloud, and security teams to support developer productivity.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit requirements, and cloud security posture.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of practical experience in a DevOps role.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Computer Science degree, diploma, or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
