DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow frustrations and develop solutions to improve developer experience
• Architect and scale reliable CI/CD pipelines via AWS/GitHub workflows
• Provision and manage AWS and on-premise computing resources using Terraform
• Bridge the gap between embedded flight software, simulation, test, and IT infrastructure
• Support scaling of Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HITL) test infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, release automation, or cloud infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience scaling CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions / workflows preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Linux system administration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maturing CI/CD systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with embedded systems challenges, cross-compilation, and HITL testbeds
• Experience supporting software teams using compiled languages like C++ or Rust
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and container optimization
