About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify workflow frustrations and develop solutions to improve developer experience
- Architect and scale reliable CI/CD pipelines via AWS/GitHub workflows
- Provision and manage AWS and on-premise computing resources using Terraform
- Bridge the gap between embedded flight software, simulation, test, and IT infrastructure
- Support scaling of Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HITL) test infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, release automation, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience scaling CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions / workflows preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Linux system administration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience maturing CI/CD systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with embedded systems challenges, cross-compilation, and HITL testbeds
- Experience supporting software teams using compiled languages like C++ or Rust
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and container optimization
