DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support DevOps and infrastructure operations for production systems, including deployment automation and monitoring
• Maintain and improve infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Shell and Python
• Support AWS and Azure cloud operations, including reliability and cost optimization
• Operate and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes-based production environments
• Participate in production incident diagnosis and root cause analysis
• Support observability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, or DevOps
• Strong Linux operation and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with Shell scripting and Python
• Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure core services
• Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application release automation
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-cloud experience
• Familiarity with Ansible, disaster recovery, or resilience testing
• Experience with incident response automation
