DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly reliable cloud infrastructure for real-time voice AI systems
• Own Kubernetes clusters end-to-end including provisioning, scaling, and debugging
• Build and evolve infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Create and operate CI/CD pipelines for microservices
• Design and maintain observability systems for metrics, logs, and traces
• Partner with backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure
• Harden systems through IAM, secrets management, and network isolation
• Implement GitOps-driven deployment workflows
• Lead incident response, investigations, and postmortems
• Improve resilience through load testing and capacity planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Experience writing async web apps using FastAPI in Python
• Proven track record building APIs, Clouds, and CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience with IaC and database management at scale
• Strong understanding of architecture and security practices
• Strong technical and communication skills
