DevOps Engineer L3

Responsibilities

• Manage the full service lifecycle, including inception, design, deployment, operation, and refinement.
• Support services prior to launch through system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and drive changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Support application CI/CD pipelines through validation and operational gating.
• Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Take a holistic approach to problem-solving during production events to optimize mean time to recover.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Proven expertise in DevOps practices and automation.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and promoting software into higher environments.
• Strong skills in incident response and system monitoring.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and system design consulting.
