About the role
Responsibilities
- Driving improvements by automating IT and infrastructure processes
- Providing onsite and remote guidance for Engineers and staff
- Providing end user guidance for Ubuntu Linux, Mac OS, and Windows platforms
- Coordinating issue resolution with operations and engineering staff
- Providing feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for platforms and services
- Participating in the deployment, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN and Cloud network infrastructure
Requirements
- Production experience with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, or Prometheus)
- Production experience with Juniper Networks or Palo Alto Networks
- Production experience with Rancher or Kubernetes
- Production experience with AWS
- Experience with MinIO
- Experience participating in security framework audits (SOC2 or ISO:27001)
- Experience collaborating in an infrastructure-as-code production environment using Git
- Strong understanding of SSO concepts including SAML and OIDC
- Excellent project and time management skills
