Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and inventory of current infrastructure
- Manage and implement the security and reliability improvement backlog
- Organize access and secrets management (least privilege, MFA/SSO, rotation)
- Strengthen the infrastructure security baseline
- Build high-quality monitoring and observability systems
- Maintain production infrastructure stability
- Make CI/CD processes more controlled and predictable
- Standardize infrastructure changes via IaC and config-driven approaches
- Gradually update legacy infrastructure through risk assessment and migration planning
- Partner with development teams and plan infrastructure roadmaps
Requirements
- 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Minimum 2 years of production experience with AWS
- Proficiency with AWS services (IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, KMS, Secrets Manager)
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and incident response
- Practical experience with secrets management and domain security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Experience administering RDS and data safety practices
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Linux and containerized environments
- Ability to manage legacy infrastructure through controlled changes
