Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and inventory of current infrastructure
  • Manage and implement the security and reliability improvement backlog
  • Organize access and secrets management (least privilege, MFA/SSO, rotation)
  • Strengthen the infrastructure security baseline
  • Build high-quality monitoring and observability systems
  • Maintain production infrastructure stability
  • Make CI/CD processes more controlled and predictable
  • Standardize infrastructure changes via IaC and config-driven approaches
  • Gradually update legacy infrastructure through risk assessment and migration planning
  • Partner with development teams and plan infrastructure roadmaps

Requirements

  • 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
  • Minimum 2 years of production experience with AWS
  • Proficiency with AWS services (IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, KMS, Secrets Manager)
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices and incident response
  • Practical experience with secrets management and domain security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • Experience administering RDS and data safety practices
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and containerized environments
  • Ability to manage legacy infrastructure through controlled changes
