About the role
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
- Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning
- Perform patching and hardening of OS and applications
- Ensure high availability and optimal system performance
- Maintain replicated systems in Disaster Recovery for business continuity
- Comply with defined SLAs, security policies, and audit findings
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in DevOps or Integration roles
- Expertise in IBM ACE, IBM App Connect, and IBM API Connect
- Strong experience with RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts
- Proficiency with DevOps pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab
- Hands-on experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK stack
- Experience with RedHat Linux, Apache, and Shell scripting
- Understanding of API security, SSL/TLS, and DataPower gateway
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Redis cluster management and performance tuning
- Familiarity with CP4I and CP4D platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and audit documentation
