DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform
• Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows across distributed systems
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure high system reliability
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve availability
• Develop and maintain reusable automation modules and frameworks
• Work with REST APIs and integrate services across platforms
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Support and manage voice infrastructure components including SIP and RTP protocols

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform
• Strong experience with AWS and GCP
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or similar)
• Understanding of AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with voice technologies and protocols such as SIP and RTP
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
