DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop CI/CD build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins-based Groovy scripts and Terraform
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues across on-prem, OpenShift, and AWS environments
• Work with Helm charts to deploy container-based microservices
• Integrate DevOps tools including SonarQube, Fortify, Artifactory, and Robot Framework/Selenium
• Automate installations of COTS products and maintain scripts for process improvements
• Monitor services and debug integration issues, such as API to database connectivity

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• DoD IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP)
• Extensive professional experience (9 years with Bachelor's, 7 with Master's, or 4 with PhD)
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting languages like Bash and Python
• Experience with OpenShift or similar container environments
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift Container Platform
• Experience with Git for source control
• Proven track record of developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting software solutions
• Experience integrating Jenkins and Docker for automated CI/CD pipelines
