Responsibilities

• Manage complex cloud and on-premise deployments, setting up new deployments and optimizing existing ones
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and implement solutions with the engineering team
• Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation project plans from initiation through completion
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including resolving technical queries and security questionnaires
• Assist in creating technical documentation, such as product manuals, FAQs, and integration guides
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in enterprise search and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role
• Understanding of Linux system administration, Kubernetes deployments, and database administration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software, legal technology, search, or document management
• Experience in AI sectors
