DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement new software and web applications using AWS and automation tools
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems and methodologies
• Build and maintain resilient, self-healing, cloud-native infrastructure
• Design and maintain tools to automate operational processes and provisioning cloud resources
• Ensure high availability and performance of software systems through capacity planning and change management
• Collaborate with engineering teams to detect, resolve, and enhance infrastructure problems
• Create monitoring systems and provide development support to improve software delivery processes

Requirements

• 2.5 to 4.5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong scripting expertise in Python, Ruby, Groovy, or YAML (required)
• Deep experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and VPC
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Concourse
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, or Grafana
• Solid background in Linux/Unix server system administration
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
