DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters supporting AI agent workloads and application deployment at scale
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and AI service delivery
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and dynamic scaling using Python and Terraform IaC
• Deploy and manage applications using Helm charts
• Build and maintain comprehensive observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
• Monitor and maintain production services and APIs, owning incident response and postmortems
• Build dedicated infrastructure for AI agent orchestration and management
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience through tooling and automation

Requirements

• 5–8 years of DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Deep Kubernetes expertise including cluster management and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Helm for application packaging
• Proven ability to design CI/CD pipelines in multi-service environments
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Terraform proficiency for infrastructure-as-code
• Strong Linux administration and containerization fundamentals (Docker, OCI)

Preferred Qualifications

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling such as MLflow or Kubeflow
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd
• Prior experience in a high-growth AI or software startup
