DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement changes to production infrastructure with a focus on high uptime
• Maintain the high availability of BitGo’s Blockchain services
• Serve as a member of the operations response team in an on-call rotation
• Facilitate the deployment of new code and support deployment strategies through automation and scripting
• Support operational monitoring, alerting, and logging platform reliability
• Maintain the Blockchain stack using Kubernetes and AWS
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure role
• Strong experience with Linux administration
• Fluency with AWS and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or GoLang
• Experience with scaling and the performance of large-scale systems
• Strong background in security and secrets management
• Experience participating in an on-call rotation
• A genuine interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience running or using blockchains
