DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Manage artifact repositories and dependencies using Nexus
• Administer and optimize containerized environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, YAML, and Shell
• Implement AI and automation ideas for DevOps and platform engineering solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide technical support

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development
• 3–5 years of experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• 3–5 years of expertise in OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
• 3 years of experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation
• 3 years of proficiency in Groovy, YAML, or Shell scripting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with security scanning and compliance automation
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Relevant professional certifications (CKA, CKAD, AWS, etc.)
