DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, operation, and evolution of the DevOps platform based on GitLab Ultimate SaaS, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Vault, SonarQube, Kubernetes GKE, and GCP
• Provide technical support (including 24/7 on-call), supervision, scalability, and documentation of the platform
• Collaborate with product teams to promote autonomy via self-service services (Backstage.io) and continuously improve DevOps practices
• Contribute to technical governance and Platform Engineering strategy
• Contribute to the build & run of the unified CI/CD platform of the Software Factory, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and GCP
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Advanced Git/GitLab administration skills
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools (Vault, SonarQube, Keycloak)
• Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty)
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Understanding of Platform Engineering and Backstage.io
• Experience with large-scale CI/CD architecture
