DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product architecture for Linux operating systems, networks, and server environments with a focus on automation and security
• Lead and support strategic projects for cloud-based infrastructure, application development, and deployment
• Collaborate with product management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conceptualize and optimize APIs and user interfaces using technologies such as REST, MQTT, and OPC-UA
• Work within a modern development environment using a tech stack including Python, C++, NodeJS, MongoDB, Ansible, GitLab, and Docker

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable field (Bachelor or Master)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer, Linux System Administrator, or Security Specialist
• Profound knowledge of Linux, container technologies (Docker), and network technologies
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, independent way of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product security management and working with relevant industry regulations
• Foundational knowledge of modern programming and database concepts
