DevOps Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve high-signal GitHub Actions pipelines for build, test, release, and deployment workflows.
• Optimize pipeline performance and reliability across multi-language projects including TypeScript, Java, and Python.
• Drive Nx monorepo scalability through task orchestration, cache strategy, and affected project workflows.
• Build and maintain reusable CI/CD building blocks and internal devkit tooling to standardize platform patterns.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK, Helm, and GitOps patterns with Flux.
• Support Kubernetes-based workloads and deployment architecture across various environments.
• Partner with engineering teams on service hardening, observability, resilience, and scaling.
• Improve platform security through guardrails, policy automation, and least-privilege patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for platform tooling and infrastructure code.
• Production experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK is a strong plus).
• Deep experience designing and operating GitHub Actions pipelines in large codebases.
• Expertise with Nx monorepos, including task graph optimization and caching strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm chart management.
• Familiarity with GitOps delivery models such as Flux.
• Experience with observability platforms (metrics, logs, traces, and alerting).
